Terms and conditions of booking:

• 100% payment required with bookings made 14 or less days in advance
• 50% deposit required with bookings made over 14 days in advance
• Cancelation or no show 14 days prior to arrival, full rate of accommodation payable.
• Cancelation 15-28 days before date of arrival-visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid or 50% of full quota value(whichever greater)
• Cancelation 29+ days before date of arrival-visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value(whichever greater)

Check in and Check Out Times:

• Check in time 2pm to 6pm on the day of arrival
• Check out time not later than 11am on date of departure
